  They quoted 2 weeks to complete the project. Months later, they abandoned the project without any communication. I had to hire someone else to complete the job. They damaged my brick wall when they repaired a lattice fence attached to it.

  I am posting via my personal Google account, but I am speaking in regard to the containment work they have done for us at our Straub Benioff Medical Center facilities - 888 S King Street and Straub Benioff KMA Kapolei Satellite Clinic. First-Onsite team (Jenna, Carlton, Ben, Anu, Lama and Baba) are amazing!!! Great communication, response time and follow up via text, phone call and email. Carlton provided very detailed Field Reports with photos of the before/after containment setup along with equipment used and timeline of work from start to finish. Definitely looking forward to working with them whether it's for containment needs to fulfill IP measures or for mitigation and restoration projects.

  First Onsite has been an amazing vendor to our Association. They respond to our water leaks incredibly fast and have a team that is well trained and prepared to handle the tasks at hand. They go above and beyond to assist their customers. Our building had issues with our elevators being out of service and their techs walked up their equipment 10+ flights of stairs. You can tell they are truly dedicated to helping resolve any problems that arise. Their communication and follow up is appreciated by our tenants, their agents, and with building management.
