  I had my shower handle come off. I had to turn the handle manually, and there was hardly any pressure. I called Chosen Plumbing. The owner, Ken was pleasant and I was comfortable asking him questions. His daughter, Tezrah is efficient and offers excellent customer service. Ken, did half of the job on Monday because there were other problems too. (Shower handle the original 45 years ago.) New parts ordered and Akoni came by on Wednesday to finish the job. He is neat, professional and courteous, I’m pleased with the job he has done. Chosen Plumbing is fortunate to have an employee, Akoni. I will continue to use Chosen Plumbing.

  Chosen Plumbing is a great company. Ken and Akoni replaced my water heater. They were professional and kind. I am on a fixed income and I called around first. Chosen plumbing was far more inexpensive than the other companies. They fixed it within a day of me calling. Thank you very much. I will definitely use them again. Lauren Markham

  Ken was really helpful with my situation. He arrived ahead of time. Very knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing and a cool down to earth Bruddah! Got my toilet and shower drain back up fixed, his quote was reasonable and stuck to what it was. Mahalo Ken!

  Called in the morning and by 12 in the afternoon Ken came up to my home in remote Haiku. He was extremely kind and got my problem solved quickly. Also !!!for 1/2 the price of Steve's plumbing. Highly recommend. Thank you again. May God Bless your business .

  I had a great experience with this company. The communication regarding scheduling was exceptional, they were accommodating, honest & did a great job for a fair price. I always appreciate supporting a locally owned family business, and this one exceeded all expectations.
