Josue did the installation. He was very personable and did an excellent job of assisting with furniture moves, installing the carpet, and leaving things neat and clean, all in just a few hours.

Example: Scott told us the fridge would be disconnected, a real chore moving the contents to a rental. Installers arrived and said they never disconnect the fridge. They knew day #1 that they wouldn’t have to take out tile which saved a bunch of time (laid wood over the tile).Total number of hours for our job: 38. But that took 6+ work days as they worked for only 5 hours the first 3 days (working simultaneously on a different project?) The first day they said “done by Thurs”, then 2 days later “95% done by Fri”, then “done by Fri”, then at days end Fri “6 or 7 more hours to go”. They are professionals who surely know how long a job will take. Just tell me the truth!
