  I recently purchased new carpeting for my bedroom. There are so many choices to consider, and Bill was patient in helping me evaluate the merits of each. Josue did the installation. He was very personable and did an excellent job of assisting with furniture moves, installing the carpet, and leaving things neat and clean, all in just a few hours.

  Installed new floors for $30K (great). One board was defective. Took a year for them to agree to replace it. During repairs, it took them 8 hours to replace one board and they ruined 3 additional boards in the process. They agreed to come and redo the work... they used boards that were off-color and have huge gaps. Impossible to get a hold of anyone to actually do anything and the owner apparently has no idea how bad their business is being mismanaged. Customer lost. Do better. Care more. Update: company reached out after I left my review. Stated they wanted to ensure I was satisfied (they were already aware that I was not). They insisted they would come reinspect the work. I never heard from them again. Sorry to say that this pattern has repeated roughly 30 times. They pretend to care and do nothing. Update 2: They reinspected and agreed the boards need to be replaced again. As usual, I haven't heard from them in 3 months. Once they get your money, good luck getting them to do anything.

  They were easy to work with: the owners, salesperson and installer. Affordable prices. We called to get a quote, stopped by their store, got our condo measured the following day. New flooring in the living room and new carpet in the bedroom replaced in two days. They cleaned up behind them and furniture back in place. Done within a week from start to finish. Kauai Flooring will get our business again. We have already recommended them to a friend!

  I had such a great experience with Kauai Flooring & Interiors. They are a 5 star facility. Josh was the best with helping me decide on which carpet would best suit my needs. He was patient with me and very knowledgeable. Keith and Dez installed the carpet, and it looks perfect. They were so professional, and were experts when it comes to installing. I checked out other flooring places, before deciding to go with Kauai Flooring, and am so glad I chose them, based on reviews and their island reputation. The prices were just a little bit higher, but it was well worth it. The quality and customer service was excellent. I highly recommend them.

  Warehouse person was very helpful loading & safety flagging the carpet roll because it stuck out pass the tail gate of my truck.
