They are always on it, great communication and follow through. I see there is a negative review here and I want to say that is a complete anomaly for this company. Randy & Joyce are consummate professionals on another level from others. 10-10, highly recommend!

Sent detailed pictures and Joyce said she would send me a quote. 6 days passed, so I emailed again, asking about the quote status and still no response 8 days later. I wouldn't mind if they told me "We can't take on any small jobs" or "We're back-logged", but to not respond at all is why I'm leaving a review. As a contractor, I turn down jobs often, but I don't do it by ignoring potential customers. I tell them why and offer them advice on where to go for what they need. It's easy! I had to call another shop which is 25 miles away, but they quoted me within 2 hours and I dropped the piece off same day for a 2-3 day turnaround time on an easy $250 job.
