I have been recycling a long time. I can estimate the amount I should get within a dollar or two. I was shorted about 20 bucks. That's probably why the scale is positioned so you can't see it. Wainae is much better. Stay away from island recycling kapolei

They are thieves! They will weight your recyclables and pull the container off the scale before the digital read out can come to a complete stop, showing "actual weight". They use a separate person watching the scale and recording weights however, when you look at the ticket you will notice the weights are much less than your own personal estimates. Hmmmmm? They are bad news!
