After they replaced my window blinds it started to have problems again so I called to get scheduled and unfortunately I had a work emergency so had to reschedule once again. I didn't think anything of it since the company has accommodated me pretty well and worked around my schedule so I don't have to leave work so early. The person who answered the phone her name is Diamond. She was very rude about me having to reschedule like it was such an inconvenience to her and gave me attitude like she was trying to hang up and she didn't even reschedule me. It's so disappointing since I had a great experience with them at first. She even sighed and was like "it's pretty late to be rescheduling but okay I guess". This lady shouldn't be answering the phone if she acts like that. I planned to give 5 stars also since the technicians were so great but I did not have a good experience with this lady.
