  Tim Lloyd and his crew did an absolutely amazing job renovating our condo. Tim was always accessible and very hands on from the beginning of our project to the very end. The amazing reviews are pouring in following the work Tim did. These reviews say it all! Thank you Tim! Our very first guest had this to say: This is honestly the most amazing condo. Your contractor did a fantastic job. My brother in law was a home builder and my husband is a realtor and both said top notch everything. I am going to want a new kitchen when I get home after using yours. We have stayed in many different units in Haleakala over our 20 years and some that say fully renovated wouldn’t hold a candle to yours. Here is the review from another guest: I recently stayed in your condo for three weeks and enjoyed every minute. Your renovation is amazing. It was so well planned, thought out and executed.   From start to finish there I not one surface, wall, ceiling, counter, or floor that has not be professionally remodeled renovated or improved by Tim Lloyd construction. Tim offers outstanding organizational skills and has assembled a crack team of craftsmen. We started off as his customer and ended up as his Ohana, Mahalo nui loa to Tim and his whole crew.

  Tim works with you to get what you want, and does good work. I highly recommend him. He gets the job done and quickly too! He is upfront with his pricing and fair. Our custom folding door came out exactly as we wanted.

  Tim changed a 50-year-old, ordinary brown shingled house into a rich, vibrant red painted shingled house with dark chocolate-colored trim and matching two-car garage door. Having chosen the new colors, I could only hope they would look good. Quite to the contrary – they look great! Tim and his team exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism and attention to detail has made my home a show piece. It looks brand new! Tim and his team were not only thorough until the project’s completion, but a pleasure to work with. Additionally, Tim is a man of integrity. He will offer insightful advice to make sure you achieve the best results, even if you are not quite sure what that is. Of course, that is what one would expect from a professional. I highly recommend you hire Tim for whatever home improvement projects you need done. He is a true artist; creative, gifted, and talented.
