  We highly recommend Pueo Plumbing for plumbing problems. We are grateful for Garrett coming to our house and replacing the faucets for our washing machine.. He is very patient and courteous, and definitely knows how to fix plumbing problems. Garrett did a super job replacing the wall faucets for our washing machine. The old one, which was install when the house was build about 37 years ago, had become corroded. I pushed it back a bit too hard when I was trying to shut off the hot and cold water to our washer. The handle bent and I was afraid the valve would burst and start shooting water all over the room if I pushed it forward to turn the water back on. Well, Garrett replaced the faucets with new high quality brass ones and new copper tubing that look good and will probably last forever. Our gratitude to Garrett for another well done job and the peace of mind that goes with it. Thank you, Garrett and Pueo Plumbing, for your terrific work. After years of dealing with all kinds of plumbers with varying degrees of success, we now consider Pueo Plumbing “our plumber.” We will always call them for our plumbing assistance and gladly inform others of your excellent work.

  TLDR - Do not trust Pueo!!! No integrity or accountability! Hired Pueo to do a sewer scope before a home purchase. Home is older and we were very concerned about the health of the cast iron piping underground, especially considering how costly and invasive sewer pipe replacement can be. Was pleasantly surprised to hear the Pueo tech say that they scoped to the city sewer line and the pipe looked good, no issues, thus went ahead w the purchase with optimism. 4 days after moving in, returned to a sewage disaster; downstairs toilet backed into the shower. Long story short, after contacting Pueo repeatedly to confirm they did not see any issues in their scope to the city line, I asked them to send the scope video. Turns out they only scoped 1/3 of the plumbing line (30' out of 90'). Up until I called them out on that, they repeatedly assured me that they did the full line and there was no issue. We hired a different plumber to do the full scope and he found extensive scaling and that our pipes were full of cracks and holes. Pueo ghosted us after we questioned them on the video until we escalated it to the owner. He refunded us for the scope but basically denied any wrongdoing on their part and is not taking any responsibility or showing any accountability for their blatant errors, missions, misrepresentation, and negligence. The whole reason we hired Pueo was so we could make a decision on whether to walk away from this house purchase or at least be equipped to negotiate with the sellers before purchase!!! Now that we have been robbed of that opportunity, we are stuck with $25k+ in repairs and zero recourse. What was supposed to be a happy first-home purchase for our family, after dropping our entire life savings, has now become a nightmare of pleading with Pueo to do the right thing.
