- DFDARRYL FREEMANAug 21, 20241.0I recently ordered 10tons of recycled concrete prepaid, from Pineridge. Delivery was scheduled for 8:30am. Delivery truck arrived at 12:30pm, left by 12:40. There was a rental excavator and crew waiting 4 hours for the delivery. All good, that happens. I still tipped the driver generously. A week later Pineridge calls, "The delivery took 30 minutes extra and we gave you extra gravel. You owe us $76.66." I reminded them I paid my crew to wait for the late delivery, they said I still owe the balance. I offered to pay the requested amount if they reimburse the $400 lost to late delivery. I was told they will not do business with me again. I feel the same.
