- RRROMEO BOLOSAN (ROMI)Sep 20, 20252.0Overconfidence but incompetent. I brought the part to be compared to ensure exact replacement. Unfortunately, the gentleman who helped me just wanted to know the toilet brand without even asking toilet model/type either dual flush, two piece or piece. I mentioned that I had the part number and brought along the old part. He said he know it already. After spending sometime on his computer looking for replacement, he went and pick up an unopen box presumably was the correct one. I paid and left thinking that I had the right part. When I got home, to my disappointment, it was not. I drove back to the store. The same gentleman served me. I told him about the problem and instead of giving a little apology, he insisted that it is the replacement part without even comparing the old and the new. If he compared the two, it was obvious that one is for two piece toilet and the other is for one piece. Lessons learned. He should have educated himself by getting right toilet type and then open the box and compare the items before ringing his register. His attitude and mannerism, needs improvement.. He should learn from the lady on the next register -she is a customer oriented employee.

The fella at the check out listened patiently and then said "let's see what we can find for you". We went to one aisle and he deduced what I needed and we fitted things before leaving. He could have just said "I don't know" but he didn't. Mahalo

Bottom line it costed him 51 dollar it should not have. This is a repeat customer I hope don't go back
