We asked for a number of bids, and not only were Kamie and Chris quick about providing pricing, they also gave us options to help us, which other companies did not. Once accepted we were scheduled immediately. The work only took 3 days, which was a HUGE relief for us since our space was almost unbearable. Our staff and guests owe a MAHALO NUI to the Advanced AC team. They also connected us to their partner for our new units' maintenance. All around great service! Highly recommended!

Afterwards, I finally got to speak to somebody to schedule a time to come out and get a quote, they never showed up. Days later I get a text message saying they can come in 30 minutes. Way too late you don’t want my business. Don’t bother me if I was anybody I would say stay away from this company obviously a scam, and very bad business people stay away !!!!!!!

She even honored last year's price when I decided that I didn't need the a/c at that time but wanted it this year. One of her new workers,Kia, did an excellent job of showing me how to use the remote and how to clean the a/c filters and the condenser outside. Mahalo for extending the extra aloha.
