Had Kammie out to provide a quote on a large job and was very kind and accommodating with her (meeting on her desired date and time) and showed her all around. She was rude and arrogant with me, makes me wonder how on earth people like this stay in business? Ultimately wasted weeks of my time when I could have been working with another HVAC company already. Clear sign that you're working with a crap company is when you have to constantly follow up with them to get what they keep promising you -- a simple estimate. Totally unprofessional. Kammie is a liability for this company, but hey seems like it's not just her considering the other negative reviews. Don't waste your time with these incompetent unprofessional people... Also a telling sign is when you see the company responding to bad reviews justifying why they're right and you're wrong. Boo.

She even honored last year's price when I decided that I didn't need the a/c at that time but wanted it this year. One of her new workers,Kia, did an excellent job of showing me how to use the remote and how to clean the a/c filters and the condenser outside. Mahalo for extending the extra aloha.
