  Johnny was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly when he came out to unclog our drain. He made a conscious effort about getting the job done quickly. I would not hesitate to use 535 Plumbing LLC again. They were very responsive and worked hard to get someone out here as soon as possible.

  This was my second experience with 535 and I wish I would’ve found them years ago. Johnny and Chris came out for a leak inspection and were very communicative and explained each step of the way what they were looking for and what they recommended. They cleaned up everything extremely well! Very pleased with the service.

  535 Plumbing to me is by far the BEST company I’ve ever dealt with. From start to finish they are professional and friendly. Their give upfront pricing and no surprises. Inform you of scope of work needed and/or required to help you decide what’s best for you. As for the technicians. Two came and I cannot express enough of how exceptional they are! Very knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, and very kind. Helped me a great deal! It’s the small things sometimes meant the most and they showed me that. I appreciate you!   My opinion that the quoted price was too high may be uninformed. I accepted the bid. The technician was on time and notified me of his eta. The work was challenging but was done excellently. There were issues to resolve but they did not result in a cost over run. The result is beautiful. The technician was very communicative and checked about all the choices to be made. Also the business office was very competent and helpful in informing me of details ahead of the job.
