  The problem was not dealt with. The claim was an electric problem which I find dubious. He claimed there was a problem in my electric panel. However the connection was tested and had power. I’m not satisfied with his testing procedure he did not attempt to troubleshoot the element. I am requesting a receipt for his service call since he did not have a receipt book for me to sign

  We knew the price would be high due to holiday and emergency services but not that high. But with that, we had excellent service from Kyle. Very polite, friendly, and a true professional! Overall from my first call in to the text for the schedule work date and time to the update on when the tech is on there way was so professional! You guys should always get top rating with this system you guys have in place. This was actually a great pleasure and experience working with you guys! Thumbs up to your company!   Chrystyan B. From Furuta Plumbing was fantastic! First being that I didn’t finish work till 6pm and he came right after to care for my plumbing problem is the first gold star! Then he actually stopped and took the time to address the many questions I had about the plumbing throughout my home was the next gold star. Then when he actually was able to diagnose my problem within the 1st hour and fix and “close” things up in the next hour was the cherry on top! Furuta Plumbing you need to give him a raise! I definitely will refer Furuta Plumbing and Chrystyan in the future for anyone’s plumbing needs.

  I called for plumbing services because my kitchen sink was not draining properly. I suspected that the problem was in the main drain line that also serves my neighbors and other kitchen drains on higher floors because water was backing up into my sink. My neighbor is on vacation so I could not confirm my analysis so I also informed the Association maintenance of the problem. Rudy identified and rooted the problem on the main drain line through my kitchen drain line successfully. In my opinion, he took a longer time to drain the line because he use a container that was too small for the amount of water that left in the line and the trap. To insure that water did not remain at the bottom of the cabinet, Rudy needed the wipe the bottom several times. Rudy was meticulous in in his trouble identification and correction. He left the work area cleaner than when he found it. Richard Takahashi

  I had an exceptionally pleasant experience this morning with Furuta Plumbing! The receptionist named Brandi was very competent, polite, and professional when she promptly answered my initial phone call to Furuta Plumbing at 8:13 AM. She asked relevant questions regarding the nature of my toilet concerns. She told me that a plumber named Jordan would be at my residence between 9 AM to 12 Noon, today. Jordan called me 8:51 AM and he arrived at 9:22 AM. Jordan was also very polite and professional. He immediately confirmed that the fill valve on each of my two toilets was faulty and he immediately easily replaced both of them. Again, he was very professional and knowledgeable. The service charge was quite reasonable. Without hesitation or reservation, I highly recommend Furuta Plumbing! Thank you for soliciting my input.
