  The kitchen designer Graham gave a terrible service once he got my order. I was promised a mobile disposal unit would come to take away my kitchen waste but instead I was sat amongst dangerous waste for a few days in a small flat where the kitchen & lounge are in the same room. Well Wrens you have lost potential sales from neighbours who saw me sat in this mess and I then had to pay £180 for someone to take it away. Graham ordered the wrong amount of wall tiles but couldn't care less. Communication was poor & noone else in the office seemed to help when I had queries. It is over 7 months since my kitchen has been fitted & we still have not got the £50 recommend a friend. One of my daughters in Leeds had a different experience of Wrens but I certainly would not now recommend the Harrogate store.

  The service provided by Stephanie was outstanding, both my husband and I were very impressed by her knowledge of what would work and how to make the most of our space, she is an asset to the team at Harrogate & we will be back once our project is ready to take the next step.

  If you want to feel pressured into buying something by a kitchen ‘designer’ who is brainwashed into thinking Wren is the best thing since sliced bread, you’re in the right place. Politely told them after 15 minutes into the consultation that I don’t think they have what I’m looking for so I might have to rethink. They wouldn’t take no for an answer despite the fact I didn’t like the product and proceeded to suggest we spend 2 hours designing a kitchen together, it was a hard no from me. They did however say they would send me over a kitchen design, but that never arrived. Not a good company to work with if you’re time poor as they want you there while they do everything to do with the design.

  Right from the beginning our experience with Wren was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Will, the surveyor, was helpful with ideas and professional taking all the necessary measurements. We then had the pleasure of Stephanie in the Showroom at Harrogate and she was so helpful. Stephanie couldn't do enough for us and was great fun in designing our dream kitchen. The whole Wren experience was brilliant and the showroom was set out so well, so that you could easily choose doors, colours, taps etc. The icing on the cake was seeing the "kitchen" virtually and being able to walk around it and get a good feel for where everything would be. Highly recommend.

  I've just placed an order for a new kitchen with Wren Kitchens with my Designer Stephanie, and I have been extremely impressed with all the help and advice she had given me, as well as quick and clear communication. I haven't felt rushed or pressurised into making quick decisions and the appointments have enabled me to look at several choices and options. I am very much looking forward to having my new kitchen installed. Thank you very much.
