  Such a challenging company to deal with. Had lots of problems with my order, ended up cancelling. Two months later I still have not received my deposit. They sent it to a closed credit card account despite knowing it was closed and saying they’d send a cheque. It’s really challenging to speak to anyone in customer services and they refuse to respond to complaints (not just that they haven’t responded, they said they won’t and never do).

  Emma was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She took the time to really understand what I wanted and transformed my ideas into a beautiful, practical kitchen design that exceeded all my expectations. Her attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism were outstanding throughout the entire process. She was always happy to answer questions, offer expert advice, and suggest ideas I hadn't even considered, making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. The final design perfectly balances style and functionality, and I couldn't be happier with the result. It's clear that Emma genuinely cares about her clients and takes great pride in her work.   The designer for us was outstanding and would get 5 star's. This review is written about Wren's inability to deliver the right product the first time. On a £25k+ kitchen order (supply only) Wren managed to deliver 8 items with totally the wrong size and colour plus a freestanding Fridge/Freezer instead of an integrated tower fridge. The real issue was when I followed the guidance from Wren which was to check I had everything and that everything was correct I did exactly that. The issue was that they put correct labels on incorrect items, so it wasn't until the point of use (unboxing ready to fit) that our fitters identified that 7 items were a completely different sizer and colour. I immediately contacted Wren who advised replacements would by 7-10 days, so my fitters were only able to fit up to unit 6 as 6 was a visible decorative panel so work had to stop. Wren's attitude to this was appalling and took no responsibility for the issue as I wasn't using a Wren fitter (they actually said that!) it was my issue to sort. This incompetency was compounded when i advised that the fitter would be charging my extra labour charges as they would go over the allowed time. Considering this was 100% down to poor quality control by Wren applying labels to wrong product I was shocked. Wren advises that I should have opened every single box I got 45+ boxes of all sizes - they couldn’t understand how I found this to be an issue. Summary is Wren will design a great kitchen BUT will not be able to have sufficient quality control checks in place to make sure what is delivered is correct to the design. Plus, they will not cover costs incurred (i have invoices) for the additional fitter time! They claim to care and be a family run business when in reality they only care about taking your money - even the delivery drivers and stone fitters say this!!

  Tyrone did a kitchen plan for me yesterday and was patient, kind and extremely good at planning the space. I came away feeling informed. He has great people skills and knowledge and I would highly recommend him if you are looking to have a kitchen designed.

  Do NOT go with these guys. Their in-store treatment of customers is stellar, giving you boujie biscuits and water, but it's all for naught when they do a horrible renovation job, essentially ruining your home, and then telling you they cannot do anything about it. We asked for renovated closet space in two rooms, and in both rooms their measurements were all off, leaving empty wall gaps where the closets could have been so much bigger. Then when we ask what they will do about the awkward gaps in our walls, they say we can find panels and get someone to install them for us! We wasted our money with these lot, I could have gotten a more beautiful renovation that actually fit the dimensions of my house elsewhere. Now I'm stuck with their half-assed job for the foreseeable future.
