  Hi Wren Crawley! My wife, daughter and I came in on Monday afternoon for an appointment with Daniel to design some wardrobes for my daughter's bedroom. I just wanted to recognise Daniel. His manner, knowledge and professionalism were absolutely top class. Thank you, Daniel! I look forward to seeing you in the months ahead to build our (my!!) kitchen!

  Staff member Nanthuja Vivekanantha was incredibly helpful. She gave us great length of time and understood well our family’s vision for our KICTHEN redesigning. There are wide options available to choose from. We are in process of proceeding further soon.

  We came in with my twins to get a quotation for our new kitchen, and Aidan Jones was incredibly helpful. He took the time to show us different kitchen designs and ideas, explaining the options clearly. My twins started to get bored, but Aidan kindly provided them with paper to draw on and showed them the small play area, which made the visit much easier for us. He is a wonderful person who genuinely cares about his customers. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you, Aidan!

  We had our kitchen installed around August last year and, overall, we are very pleased with both the quality of the kitchen and the standard of workmanship delivered by the installation contractor. Unfortunately, our experience since then has been overshadowed by what can only be described as extremely poor customer service in relation to two significant outstanding issues. The first is an approximately £5,000 pricing discrepancy, which remains unresolved despite months of correspondence and has now led me to seek assistance from Trading Standards. The second is a design fault affecting the washer dryer installation which, in my view, presents a potential fire safety risk. Both issues were first raised in mid-May, yet despite repeated attempts to resolve them, I feel no closer to a satisfactory outcome. This ongoing lack of progress is the reason I have escalated the matter to Trading Standards. In summary, the kitchen itself looks fantastic, and the installation work was excellent. However, based on my experience, I would caution prospective customers not to rely on the company's aftercare service, warranty support, or basic customer service once the installation has been completed.
