Despite him being busy with a stock take, he stopped what he was doing and walked across the store to show me the alternatives to getting match for my picture rail. He showed me the Campbell mold and how I could make a cut to it (done in-store for me, free of charge) to make it look like mine. It was brilliant advice and I'm delighted with my purchase. I'd been to B&Q beforehand without success .... or help. I'll be coming back here again to buy my new skirting boards. Great advice, impeccably polite and very professional service. Top service. Huge thanks from a very grateful customer.
