- DGDavid GardnerJan 30, 20261.0The pre-sales and design is very good, but the after sales is hopeless.I have been left with a range cooker that's been fitted wonky, work surface with gaps between the upstand and the wrong tap fitted,all of which is not a major fix but trying to arrange the remedial work to be done seems to be impossible,Im fed up with emailing every week with no response to my last email.
- DCDavid CPDec 10, 20245.0From start finish - the design and supply of the kitchen was first class - cannot praise George Toogood ( appropriate name ) in the service we received - George created a brilliant design having listened to our requirements for a small kitchen. The kitchen arrived with the delivery team taking great care. We had one issue when the fridge freezer did not arrive with the delivery - this problem was quickly sorted it was the suppliers fault. George and Thomas at Wren quickly sorted the problem. We used our own kitchen fitter who did a brilliant job. All in all a first class service we are very pleased with the product and the finished kitchen.

Yes, we offer a free, no obligation design package worth up to �200. One of our surveyors will visit your home and take detailed measurements of your space which will be uploaded to our system. You will then meet your very own designer who will produce a 3D plan of your room based on your ideas. Speak to an advisor for more information.
How long does it take to get a Wren kitchen?
Once you have discovered your dream Wren Kitchen and placed your order, we will aim to deliver your kitchen within four weeks.
Who can I contact if I have an issue with my order?
In the unlikely event, there are damaged or missing items within your order, we currently have a lead time of up to 10 days for replacement items. Please report any of these issues through your Wren account which can be found on �My Account� page on the website or the Wren app. Please visit our website for further details.
