- BBBilal Baig2 days ago1.0Don’t be fooled by the “We will beat any price” statements advertised because although that may be true in some cases, the service is shamefully poor! Can’t follow basic terms, fulfil basic orders or follow basic instructions, they pass the book from one person to another to another to another, never fulfilling their word, just an absolute car crash of a company! You can’t put a price on good customer service & this company genuinely would benefit from reading a “Customer Service For Dummies” book. Avoid!

Is a Wren kitchen design service free?
Yes, we offer a free, no obligation design package worth up to �200. One of our surveyors will visit your home and take detailed measurements of your space which will be uploaded to our system. You will then meet your very own designer who will produce a 3D plan of your room based on your ideas. Speak to an advisor for more information.
How long does it take to get a Wren kitchen?
Once you have discovered your dream Wren Kitchen and placed your order, we will aim to deliver your kitchen within four weeks.
Who can I contact if I have an issue with my order?
In the unlikely event, there are damaged or missing items within your order, we currently have a lead time of up to 10 days for replacement items. Please report any of these issues through your Wren account which can be found on �My Account� page on the website or the Wren app. Please visit our website for further details.
What should I do if my appliance is faulty?
The warranty for your appliance is held directly with the manufacturer. If there is a fault with your appliance, please contact the manufacturer directly.
