We've had our kitchen for 1 year now and I can honestly say, I would never ever consider Wren again!!. In the store, the planning stage is superb!! Wayne couldn't be more helpful, I had my design in mind and he helped us achieve it, helped us every step of the way. Delivery is where it started to go down hill, the delivery men reeked of BO 🤢 and did not appear very professional at all. On opening the boxed items, I could not believe how many were so terribly damaged, not just slight scratches but a lot of items were right offs and they appear to have been packed like it, as the outer covering, cardboard, foam etc was undamaged, after weeks of calls and messages, eventually all was replaced. A year on and the kitchen has slight damage 🤬, the colour/coating on the cupboard doors etc is so very easily marked, scratched leaving the white underneath showing and we are two mature adults with a quiet life, heaven knows what it would be like if we had children!! My last kitchen from another well known company was obviously bomb proof, we had it for 5 years before we sold our house and when the estate agent came round and then the people viewing the house, they all thought it was newly fitted, not a mark anywhere and thats the company i will now use in future.

Very disappointed with Wren Kitchens. My delivery was originally promised for the 17th, but they couldn’t deliver it. I was then told it would arrive today between 7am and 12pm. Later, I received another message saying 11:20am–12:50pm. It is now 2:30pm, and I’m being told to wait another hour. I have been waiting all day with no contact from the driver, and we need to leave for London. This has caused a huge amount of stress and inconvenience. The communication and delivery service have been extremely poor. Really awful experience and definitely not what I expected from Wren Kitchens.

Brilliant service from day one. Didn't have a clue what we wanted until we visited wren in Swansea. Very happy with everything from the Wren staff to the end product!.
