I've purchased two boilers from Plumbcentre over the last two years and on both occasions the transactions were very smooth On the last occasion I ordered a horizontal flue with the boiler and needed to change it to a vertical flue when I collected the boiler, the member of staff was very helpful and exchanged the horizontal flue with no dispute only a slight extra cost due to that particular flue being slightly more expensive I shall be purchasing another boiler with the next two weeks Merry Christmas.

Typical plumb Center. Useless staff. Don’t answer the phone when you call, usually takes around 5 attempts. Go in there and they all just sit around without serving you. Tell you they have parts but when you drive for miles to collect you get there and they say “oh we haven’t got it” This is the norm for plumb Center. Only use them when I’m DESPERATE.

Nice showroom but unhelpful lady staff members. We just had a grunt from them and no further offers of help.
