Disappointing customer service once you have purchased. Our kitchen was originally delivered on 25th June, but it took nine deliveries over almost a month before we finally received all of the items in the correct condition and fit for purpose. The problems included: - A Chef's Pantry that physically would not fit through the kitchen doorway, despite Wren carrying out a home survey beforehand. - Multiple damaged items, including chipped panels and plinths. - Incorrectly supplied parts and replacement items arriving damaged or wrong, meaning some products had to be delivered three times. - Side panel manufactured to the wrong size. - An installation pack with an old/ wrong photo that did not match our final kitchen design. - multiple deliveries causing repeated delays. What disappointed us most was the customer service. Rather than taking responsibility, we were repeatedly told we should have checked everything before installation and were asked to keep identifying more problems, despite many of the issues only becoming apparent during fitting. We were even blamed when items were the wrong size or couldn't fit through the door, even though Wren had carried out both the site survey and kitchen design. The whole experience resulted in weeks of delays, countless emails and phone calls, repeated time off work for deliveries, additional costs and a great deal of unnecessary stress. The kitchen itself now looks lovely, but the journey to get there was exhausting and certainly not what we expected from a company that advertises itself as the UK's number one kitchen retailer. Based on our experience, we would not choose Wren again.

I would like to start by highlighting that the experience I have had with Wren is mostly due to my kitchen designer and sales person Magda. Magda goes above and beyond, she is knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. I initially intended on browsing other kitchen companies but after meeting with Mags for the first time I made the decision to proceed with the kitchen on that day. At every part of the process Magda has been extremely helpful and I can not thank her enough. Regarding the wren kitchens - overall my experience as been great. I did receive a few damaged units but they are easily replaced within your account. Kitchens these days are not as robust as they were back in the day - but at least it looks nice. Again, the highlight of Wren Wakefield is Mags, she is both a beautiful person and capable of designing a beautiful kitchen. She considered my lifestyle, my aesthetic goals & my budget with great success. Thank you again. I can not wait to pop a bottle in my new kitchen and enjoy my new space.

Mags was fantastic from start to finish. Her knowledge, proficiency and professionalism made it a great experience. She even gave me a couple of painkillers! 🤣The kitchen was fitted by Tony, who was unbelievably skilled, coping very well with the demands posed by the walls in my very old cottage. His work has been commented on and admired by the electrician who came to do 2nd fix. He told me he would be delighted. I certainly am. Huge thanks to Mags and Tony. I would recommend Wren highly.

UPDATED!NOT USE WREN WAKEFIELD OR ANY OTHER WREN FOR THAT MATTER! Our kitchen was started on February the 16th and we were told it would be a 2 day job. Now nearly 4 MONTHS on it is still incomplete. There was a catalogue of errors to start with that we let go because they got sorted pretty quick. Until it came to the trim for the tekwall that was sent wrong with the kitchen. The kitchen is incomplete because they have sent the WRONG trim three times! This is not including the delivery they failed to complete and lied about saying no one was in even though I was in all day! I am self-employed and had to take half days off for these deliveries costing me more money. So now after all these failed attempts they have told us the trim is now out of stock and refunded us £12. And that's it no solution no contact just get it yourself. I have managed to order a tile finish that will do but it only comes 2.45cm and we need 3.00cm! How was I supposed to know with no help from wren? I now have to buy another piece at a cost of £20 so £40 in total for wrens complete and utter mess up. This whole process has been a shambles with shocking customer service. I expected better from such a large company and the large price we paid. We are now paying for a kitchen that is incomplete which I am now looking in to the legality of. So, to summarise our kitchen is still not finished with no end in sight and has cost us hundreds in lost earnings due to your ineptitude. I have emailed them to raise a complaint and was asked to send pictures which I did on the 12th of May. I have had no reply to this nearly a month on. I now have to wait until the appropriate amount of time has passed to complain to the home improvement ombudsman. UPDATE So wren got in touch pretty quick after this review asking for more information and photos that I had already sent! I sent everything over on the 3rd of June and didn't get a reply until the 15th of June! The installers came back to finish using the trim that I had to buy on the 25th of june. We had also noticed the soft close cutlery draw wasn't working so after asking the installer to have a look he confirmed that the soft close mechanism had snapped. I told wren straight away and was told they would send out the replacement soft close mechanism on the 30th of June. I waited in all day on the 30th and guess what no delivery all day! So even more out of pocket. I have had some bad experiences with businesses before but this is by far the worst I have ever been dealt with as a customer.
