  We chose Wren Kitchens largely because of how they presented themselves during our showroom visits. We were sold on the idea of a proud, supportive British family-owned business that would guide us every step of the way and look after us if anything went wrong. During the sales and initial design phase, the customer service was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and reassuring. However, as soon as the order was placed and real installation issues emerged, that supportive attitude completely disappeared. When design and measurement discrepancies came to light during fitting, instead of helping us resolve them fairly, we were met with pushback, quibbling over small replacement costs, and a general refusal from the local team to take accountability for their own planning. We found ourselves having to pay out of pocket for modifications just to get parts of the kitchen to fit, with very little empathy or support from the store. It’s easy to offer great service when taking someone’s money, but the true test of a company is how they handle things when an issue arises. Sadly, the friendly, family-focused promise didn't match the reality once our order was signed. If you are considering buying from Wren, be aware that while the initial planning phase feels very supportive, getting help when things don't go to plan is an entirely different experience.

  Our experience with Wren Kitchens has been incredibly disappointing\. The problems began with the initial installation, which was delayed because of **late deliveries and missing parts**\. While delays can happen, what is completely unacceptable is the way Wren has handled the situation since\. We are now **over three months on and the final remedial works are still not complete**\. Throughout this period, we have repeatedly been told that the matter is “in hand”, that somebody will contact us, and that the outstanding works will be arranged and completed\. Unfortunately, these assurances have repeatedly come to nothing\. There have been **multiple broken promises, missed commitments and a complete lack of meaningful ownership** of the problem\. We have spent an unreasonable amount of time chasing Wren for updates and trying to get a situation caused by their own late and incomplete delivery resolved\. What is particularly frustrating is the apparent absence of any urgency or accountability\. Once the kitchen has been sold and delivered, the level of customer service we have experienced has been extremely poor\. After more than three months, we should not still be chasing for remedial works to be completed\. A new kitchen is a significant purchase, and customers should reasonably expect problems to be dealt with promptly and professionally\. Instead, we have experienced **delays, poor communication, repeated promises of action and no final resolution**\. We simply want Wren to take responsibility, complete the outstanding works and bring this matter to a satisfactory conclusion\. Based on our experience of the after\-sales service, I cannot recommend Wren Kitchens

  Just a short note to sincerely thank the Wren team, especially Megan, for their fantastic support with the design and install of our kitchen. We greatly appreciated the time spent and attention-to-detail applied on the project and the patience shown in answering our questions and guiding us through the process. We are delighted with the final result. We would also highly recommend Lacuna Projects (builders recommended by Wren) who supported us with all the pre-installation "groundwork" needed prior to the kitchen install.

  I wanted to leave a review for the lovely Eve at your Salisbury branch following a less-than-helpful experience at another store. Eve could not have been more helpful from start to finish. Not only was she attentive and professional, but she completely redesigned my kitchen while keeping within my budget. She guided me through every aspect of the process, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable and confident in every decision. Her knowledge, patience, and attention to detail were outstanding, and I trusted her recommendations throughout. I left the store feeling genuinely excited and happy with the kitchen I had chosen. Eve really couldn’t have done any more for me and is a true credit to your team. Thank you so much for such a positive experience.
