- PSpaul snaresMar 19, 20255.0We have just had a Magnet kitchen installed. Rob at the Salisbury branch really went beyond our expectations, giving advice and helping us through the process. He showed excellent attention to detail at every stage and always followed up with either a call or an email to make sure there were no outstanding questions or issues. The appointed installer was also excellent - efficient and again exercised great attention to detail. There are always unforseen issues on an install but these were kept to a minimum and overcome quickly. Our experience couldn't have been better.
- RORichard Otterwell-GmailDec 14, 20191.0The Magnet kitchen, now that it is fitted, is excellent. We are both very pleased with it. However, if you are looking for an efficient and trouble-free design, delivery and installation I suggest you look elsewhere. I cannot comment on Magnet fitting as a local fitter was used who, fortunately, has the skills required to overcome shortcomings in the design. I could tell you how my delivery was arbitrarily cancelled, without informing me, because of an administrative error causing a two week delay. I could tell you about the numerous items missing from the delivery including cabinet handles. I could tell you how the cabinet handles were eventually delivered but were the wrong ones. I could tell you about how I was charged for an appliance that was supposed to be a free offer in the deal I agreed. OK, Magnet eventually refunded me a small sum (which fell far short of the cost of the free appliance) that I had suggested as a compromise because I am a reasonable man. I could go on but I won’t. Dealing with Magnet and its employees destroys the will to live let alone write a review.
