- URunknown reviewerApr 6, 20263.0I use Toolstation and Screwfix quite a bit mostly the wigan branches but I went into the wigan-ince brach today and I was served by maybe the most useless man i have ever spoken too he was unbelievably slow and didn't know what he was doing, he needs better training. luckily the younger fella who was working with stepped in and sorted me out he deserves his props.

To give context, the 6 tins I ordered were 1l each, that is a total of 6 litres, which is 1 litre more than buying a 5litre tin that you sell. If the company wants to pass sarcastic remarks to paying customers, go ahead. I will be returning all 6 tins, and spending my money elsewhere.

He handled everything with interest and attention, researching each item individually. He brought me examples, and even when I didn't like one, he created a new example. I'm happy there; his interactions with people are excellent. Thank you.
- DTDarren TaylorFeb 24, 20261.0Went into this branch today for some materials, served by a Young lad dévoid of any customer service skills. 3 of them at the desk all unfriendly. No people skills, seriously needs to either receive some training or look for a new job. Branch empty smells of new plastic. As a trade card holder of many suppliers, I always make a point of leaving a review good or bad. Usually use the Wigan branch which is normally really good. Won’t be using this branch again, ignorant. Not surprised it’s totally empty.
