It loses a star because despite my order being 3 months in advance, there were items missing/wrong by time it was delivered. Staff were promising to go and pick them up day after day but then didn't due to "car going in the garage," "other store not actually having them" and all the other text book excuses. Leah was superb though and went out of her way to sort the few small issues we had and solved them all within a day of me telling her what was going on, the kitchen looks great. Would have no issues using again and would ensure I dealt with Leah.
