Booked appointment for home visit to measure up, turned up took measurements 09/01/2026, no further contact from Magnet. No design no quote, no service. Waited and waited. Called showroom left messages for Corey Newey to contact as keen to install kitchen. It’s 18/02 no call back no kitchen design, appalling service for a big company. My sister dropped into showroom to chase up kitchen design, still waiting for contact. Will go elsewhere would not recommend, wasted 2 months with Magnet. Avoid!
