  To say we are delighted with our fitted out "snug" is an understatement. Ayrton brought our initial “slightly sketchy “ vision into the real world through his huge efforts to source materials which were outside your standard range. The workmanship by your excellent and charming team was of a very high standard throughout and in areas where creativity was needed to problem solve it was forthcoming. Our very tight deadlines due to our travel plans were met for which we were very appreciative. Your communication channels were excellent-responses by you and the team were virtually always instantaneous. Thank you very much to the whole team. We can wholeheartedly recommend your services.

  Superb service from Gary in the Tunbridge Wells showroom in designing the new kitchen and near flawless installation done by the team of fitters, who were all friendly and highly efficient. The dates for the work, given to us well in advance, were adhered to exactly. Delighted with the whole exercise, and would thoroughly recommend.

  Beautiful, affordable kitchen + amazing customer service Delighted with our beautiful kitchen and the unbelievably amazing customer service we received from Neil Craddock and store manager, Mike Reed in the Magnet Tunbridge Wells store. We were blown away with how both Neil and Mike went above and beyond for us even down to hand delivering replacement parts that our builder had damaged after installation. Any issues, which were few, were dealt with immediately and professionally. Nothing was too much trouble. To top it off, our kitchen was very competitively priced, and Neil worked hard with us to try to ensure we could get a kitchen we could afford.
