- ABAnne BradleyApr 27, 20261.0The kitchen was incorrectly measured and designed. The worktop supplied was only 602mm deep when 640mm was required, meaning the integrated appliances would not fit. This was clearly a design error, not an installation issue. Wrongly proposed upper cabinets because the measurements of the cooker hood not correctly captured. We had asked for like for like cabinets as using existing integrated appliances. We were forced to urgently purchase replacement worktops at a cost of £690 just to complete the installation. Wren have refused to take responsibility and continue to hide behind “supply-only” terms instead of addressing the mistake. Poor service, poor communication, and a costly error — I would not recommend. In fact, stay well away.

Customer support excellent as well as design and delivery.
