  I had a really disappointing experience here today. I came in needing help identifying a pipe I’m not a plumber, so I was simply looking for a bit of guidance before making a purchase. Unfortunately, before I even had the chance to take the item out of my bag and explain what I needed, the gentleman I approached dismissed me and told me to go to Plumb Centre instead. It felt abrupt, unhelpful, and frankly quite dismissive. If someone isn’t willing to assist customers, they shouldn’t be the first point of contact on the shop floor. Maybe I interrupted his tea break as he just made tea! This place came recommended to me, which makes the experience even more disappointing. A little bit of time and basic customer service would have gone a long way.

  Hi just waited this branch as per my work duty and find really bad place with bad behaviour . During ordering parts quite no BD89331 I was refused service by cashier reason I'm going home , after he messed up my order second cashier took over and messed up more. He was rude and complaining loud how unhappy he is overloaded of work. Eventually send quote wrong with numbers I cannot check also send to address with different boiler horizontal instead vertical type and missing parts. I was unable to complete quoted works. Also other young starter on site is not really interested of doing anything just upsetting other cashier's by doing nothing. Honestly I will newer order anything from this place pointles time waste. Bunch of kiddos work there. Wish to giwe better opinion but as per my expirence I decided to share after I opened my delivery bag and get upset.
