  I went to this store to return some parts. The manager said I would not be allowed to return the parts, due to them coming off his bottom line and that nobody around there bought those types of parts. My normal branch had to call this branch to ask him to return them. He was incredibly rude about them and then eventually returned them. I have witnessed this at this branch twice since. On my second visit to this branch I had a newbie who said that the didn't sell gas fittings. I had to show him on the website. No of the other staff tried to help him. They just left him struggling.

  Great service Colin was brilliant didn't know what I really was after but the basin and vanity unit he advised me on fitted and looked a dream. The car was even loaded for me by the camp guy Tom I think his name was, type of guy to bend over backwards for anyone. A1 service and products.

  I went to purchase a boiler as a woman i thought i would looked down on but was i so wrong i met two men who seemed to know so much about boilers Delroy and Colin they educated me reasured me and i was even given a bottle of water and a chair for my tired old legs They made me feel so at home and comfortable and explained every item which was needed and what it does. When checking the prices they where the lowest I couldnt find i couldn't find anyone cheaper on the whole internet. I would personally like to thank Delroy and Colin for there excellent work and ill be spreading the word thanks guys for looking after me and for the great prices. Thanks again Delroy and Colin x
