  We went in and chose the kitchen we liked. Very Helpful staff. Can't wait to get it fitted. About 2 months wait but we very happy with that..

  Very very happy with our new kitchen. We first placed an order before we had even moved into our new house and Lauren was really helpful. After moving in we realised the design wouldn't work as the measurements we used were quite far out. I hasten to add that we provided the measurements. After WREN sent a surveyor to come and measure up correctly we arranged to meet with Lauren to discuss and arranged a date. She then called us to see if we could come in early ( by a week) as she had some availability and we took her up on the offer. We talked through the whole design and even changed the colour. At no point did we feel pressured or pushed into anything we felt we didnt want. The installation was due to take place on the 2nd February but due to family issues this was delayed by a week. As promised the fitters ( Lewis and Stewart) arrived on the 9th and spent four days installing the kitchen and I can not fault the work. Lewis even highlighted a small fault with one of the doors that to be honest I would never have picked up. It is the smallest of scratches but he made sure we were aware and arranged for a replacement. Honestly can not pick a fault with the whole process. Very very happy customer.

  Order number: 47083972 This whole process has been extremely stressful for us. Our kitchen still cannot be completed and we are still unable to get any proper technical support from Wren. The only thing we have been given is a basic layout image, not a real installation plan and not something an installer can actually work from. Because of this, the fitter we contacted is not willing to continue without clear guidance, and our kitchen remains unfinished. We expected proper support to resolve the issues caused by incorrect measurements, but instead we have been left trying to work things out ourselves. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Wren based on how this situation has been handled.

  Order number: 47083972 We chose Wren for our home kitchen, which we also rely on for our small food business (Meze Turka). Unfortunately, due to incorrect measurements and a lack of proper technical support, the kitchen still cannot be fully installed. The only plan we were given is a basic layout image with no measurements or fitting guidance. The dishwasher cannot be connected because the hoses do not reach the sink, and no practical solution has been offered. Because the kitchen is not usable, I now have to rent another kitchen four days a week just to keep my business running. After months of back and forth, Wren have confirmed they cannot provide a revised plan or proper installation support. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Wren, especially if you need a reliable and fully functional kitchen.

  Our experience with Wren has been extremely disappointing. The project started with major measurement errors (approximately 30cm on one wall and 5cm on another), which caused significant layout issues. It took over a month of repeated contact before any corrective action was taken. Several units and worktops have since been replaced, yet we are still facing product quality issues. The latest replacement worktop is bowed and cannot form a level joint. It was never sealed or fixed, yet we were told there is “no issue” based on photos. We have paid installers multiple times due to repeated problems. During my most recent call with Samantha (Case Manager), I felt dismissed and not properly heard despite providing clear evidence. We simply want a kitchen that can be installed correctly.
