  Absolutely horrendous & down right dangerous electrical fitting, left a screw in a plug touching the pins which has burnt out the plug & the socket.

  Absolutely horrendous experience in the Huddersfield branch with Sophie. We need a corner wardrobe for our bedroom so booked a design visit 2 weeks ago. The day before we received a email from Sophie asking if we still wanted the appointment, as you need a minimum of 3 items to qualify for discounts and promotions? We just need a corner wardrobe. We responded with we just need a price for a wardrobe and if any discounts or promotions were on offer (as stated on the website). If not we would shop elsewhere, the next morning our appointment was cancelled. I called Sophie just to clarify the company policy and procedures on no discounts or promotions on single items. Her response was not to answer my question and put the phone down on me! She was claiming I was rude, no I wasn’t I just wanted a straight answer to my question and not a politician answer. From the initial email sent it feels they did not want to quote as probably not being able to up sell as we know exactly what we want and need. Not all customers need upselling some just know what they need. This is now the 2nd poor experience with Wren as had issues in Leeds store when we bought our kitchen. We actually bought our Kitchen from Huddersfield with Tina (who was excellent) Maybe Tina can show Sophie how to talk to customers. Need to do better Wren!

  I recently worked with James Knight at Wren Kitchens on the design of my new kitchen, and overall it was a really positive experience. From the start, James was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He took the time to understand what I wanted, both in terms of style and how I actually use the space day to day. What stood out most was his patience—he never rushed the process and was happy to go through multiple revisions until everything felt right. He came up with some great ideas to make better use of the layout, including a few suggestions I hadn’t considered, which really improved the final design. At the same time, he listened carefully and made sure my preferences were reflected, rather than pushing his own agenda. Communication was clear throughout, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, especially when it came to the design options and pricing. Overall, I’d definitely recommend James to anyone looking for a kitchen designer at Wren. He made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well-managed, and I’m really happy with how the design turned out.

  From first meeting with the amazing Melissa, to having the kitchen installed, we couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen. Melissa designed the kitchen and helped us every step of the way, going above and beyond to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. So friendly and professional, she is excellent at her job! Wren have also been amazing, we were informed throughout about delivery etc. ie morning/afternoon, and given a 1.5hr time slot on the actual day. It wasn’t an easy delivery as we live on the 2nd floor of an apartment block, but not once did they complain. Customer services have also been excellent. We’re so pleased that we went with Wren for our new kitchen and can highly recommend a visit to Melissa at the Huddersfield store for a new Wren kitchen.
