  Very helpful and friendly service, they know the parts very well and are incredibly knowledgeable if its not in stock its always delivered within a day or two. Would recommend.

  Water pipe of unknown size! - after screwfix Bnq and E bay parts this was my last point of call... The Magiver fix was not going to hold out forever. I arrived and spoke to a very helpful woman over the social distance barrier. I waggled a cut out piece of grey pipe with desperation in my eyes! A Male colleague arrived (gender only so can be identified) looked at the pipe and said Howe Rd? Yes!! Hold on couple of minutes later this is what you need (the man is a mind reader,,,) Only a couple of places in Haverhill have that pipe and this is the only soloution (about £10) 17.1mm pipe to 15mm adaptor. I got a couple more pieces with extra advice (water tank valve had split). Local people local knowledge - Thank you .
