- JJJodie2 days ago2.0The guy was nice enough but we were there 3+ hours designing the most basic kitchen for an apartment. I think it's so you get so tired you agree to any deal at the end. We probably would have, if he didn't pull the "I'll just go speak to my manager to get you a better deal" trick. Twice! Honestly. It's all psychological, then showing you all the 'discounts' you're apparently receiving. The price was way too high (20k for like 8 cupboards and one appliance??) and pressured us to lock in that day or "the discounts will go". When we said no, the goal posts magically changed to the end of the day to get the deal. When we said we needed more time to think, it changed AGAIN to giving us three more days to get the deal. I was trying hard not to laugh at this point. We obviously didn't call them and a few days later they rang again to say they were extending the deal for another week. LOL. Again, we didn't call back and then I received emails the next week that the price was now even lower! Which was followed by more calls I didn't answer, so they left me voicemails about further discounts. They're like a needy ex that won't leave you alone!! My advice is if you really want a kitchen from them, play very hard to get and you'll probably get it £10k less.

- RKRAJA KAMRANJun 18, 20261.0The Dishwasher (Aeg ) has been faulty since installation. The unit keeps filling with water unexpectedly, which prevents normal use and makes it effectively unusable. This issue has been ongoing and has not been properly resolved despite reporting it. Communication and resolution with have been very poor, and the appliance has not met basic expectations of functionality! a total loss of money.
