  I had a fantastic experience with Wren Kitchens! A special thank you to my designer, Samaah, who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She was attentive, patient, and really listened to all my ideas, making sure everything I wanted was taken into consideration. Her support and attention to detail made the experience so much easier and enjoyable. I’m very grateful for her help and would highly recommend Wren Kitchens, especially Samaah!

  Fantastic experience at Wren Kitchens White City. We were looked after by Matthew Coucher who was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Matthew was patient, knowledgeable and really listened to what we wanted. He had great ideas for making the most of the space and the VR design experience at the White City showroom really helped us visualise the finished kitchen. Highly recommend Matthew and the whole White City team.

  The worst company out there. The sales part was absolutely fine, it was the aftermath of the incompetence of the company and installers. The company is a rip off and I wish we never went ahead, it is better to pay a little more and go with a company that is able to communicate better with their customers and deliver what is agreed.

  The guy was nice enough but we were there 3+ hours designing the most basic kitchen for an apartment. I think it's so you get so tired you agree to any deal at the end. We probably would have, if he didn't pull the "I'll just go speak to my manager to get you a better deal" trick. Twice! Honestly. It's all psychological, then showing you all the 'discounts' you're apparently receiving. The price was way too high (20k for like 8 cupboards and one appliance??) and pressured us to lock in that day or "the discounts will go". When we said no, the goal posts magically changed to the end of the day to get the deal. When we said we needed more time to think, it changed AGAIN to giving us three more days to get the deal. I was trying hard not to laugh at this point. We obviously didn't call them and a few days later they rang again to say they were extending the deal for another week. LOL. Again, we didn't call back and then I received emails the next week that the price was now even lower! Which was followed by more calls I didn't answer, so they left me voicemails about further discounts. They're like a needy ex that won't leave you alone!! My advice is if you really want a kitchen from them, play very hard to get and you'll probably get it £10k less.

  They took their time with us, did not feel at all rushed and the rep gave us advice that saved us money
