  Great experience with Wren Kitchens. Ray from the White City store was very accommodating and helped create a fantastic design. Excellent customer service and 5 star aftercare. All issues were resolved quickly. Definitely worth every penny we paid.

  Wrens keep trying to sell us quartz worktops. Google quartz worktops and see for yourself why any respectful company should not be trying to sell us these items. UPDATE, In response to their reply, reader, look up quartz worktops on Sky news, BBC news and YouTube. Watch the videos of people who have incurable lung disease from these quartz worktops. Look at the sxientific reseach that states there is no amount of health and safety that guarantee protection. Watch the videos and read the ststements of the thousands of grieving families, husbands, wives, children due to these worktops. Then decide if my review is in any way defamation. Then decide if you want these items in your kitchen. Then decide if you want to contribute to these devastating issues. All this suffering in the name of profit. Very sad.

  Amazing experience with Ray in the white city branch. Kitchen is now complete and we love it, really straightforward, no issues but if we ever had any questions at any point in the process, Ray always returned our calls same day.

  The team at Wren Kitchen White City, especially Rehman, was fantastic from start to finish of ordering my wardrobes. They were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend Wren Kitchens if you need a new kitchen or bedroom wardrobes go and see them. Also the delivery team on delivery respected your properly very efficient.

  Nearly 7 months after our kitchen was installed and we're still waiting for someone to correct our extractor hood which has been inoperable since day one due to a Wren-accredited fitter installing the incorrect flexi pipe (despite the correct size being illustrated in the installation guide). The fitter was allocated especially by our designer, ensuring that he was 'really good'. Our fitting day was then pushed back on three separate occasions, with more delays occurring over a three week period including a "son's birthday". After-sales support have been communicative and are in the process of helping but progress has been very slow. We've also had to reiterate the circumstances from the top every time we speak to an agent which has been exhausting. To add insult to injury, we received a £75 call-out charge from the hood manufacturer after he diagnosed the issue in all of 3 minutes which Wren had arranged on our behalf. We're very pleased with the quality of the units, the layout of the final product, the professionalism of most throughout the process but given the amount of time and money we have personally invested in this project we're left ultimately disappointed at this moment in time.
