- TRTom Reynolds5 days ago5.0To be honest after going into 5 different Wren’s stores, I don’t know how anyone can think of adding anything but a five-star rating. The warm welcoming to the store isn’t just a gesture, it’s an open armed welcome to what is about to come… which is helpfulness, honesty and a dream that is about to be brought to life. Hass - the store manager overheard us playing around with some designs and offered to help us… little did we know that help would last just over three hours. Hass wasn’t pushy, he was honest and really thought about the practical side of building and using a kitchen. He has great experience, being at Wren for over 5 years, and you felt it, he knew everything. He knew everything and he knew that we knew nothing… so he took time to explain! He helped us with our dream, and brought it to life. This man went above and beyond customer service. A service that would make me go back into Wren again just to say hello to him. Thanks Hass & Wren!
