  We’ve had a kitchen supplied by Howdens for over 10 years. No issues at all. Now we find that the appliances have had their day and need to reorder. Our builder Dale has been helpful and advised we call them and do just that . Grace was absolutely marvellous over the fone . She made the whole fone when i had no idea what to say seem completely at ease.They are a fab company completely approachable when you haven’t got a scooby like me! Thank you so much Grace see you soon!

  Well what can I say….Half the staff in the office & at the counter are pretty much useless I’ve been having to travel backwards and forward having to change thing which were wrong which is costing me money with there mistakes specially in the kitchen department..With that the staff in the warehouse had been fed up & rude because of the return items I’ve had to bring back..If there warehouse staff are that miserable then get another job somewhere else..I will not be using this Howdens again.
