  Had an exceptional experience designing our new Kitchen with Ed at Wren Tamworth! He is professional, personable and a genuine pleasure to work with. From the start to the end of the process, we had 100% confidence and trust in Ed. No ask was too big, he was always ready and available to take questions and gave excellent, consultative advice. Very quickly Ed become our trusted advisor, and for someone who has never been through this process before, it was so reassuring to have Ed. Ed, thanks a million!   This is the Second wren store I have visited this week, however this time I had a great experience. Previous gone into another store and was completely ignored. However my wife convinced me to try another showroom so we went to Tamworth on Wednesday and we was welcomed at the front of the showroom and shown around even though it was 7:30pm. I can’t remember the guys name but he was covered in Tattoos really helpful we have booked in Great experience myself and my wife really happy so far

  We had such a fantastic experience with Nathan from start to finish. Right from our first meeting, he was friendly, approachable and really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He listened to our ideas, gave us great advice and helped us make decisions without ever making us feel pressured. Nathan’s knowledge and eye for design really stood out. He was able to take our ideas and turn them into something that looked even better than we had imagined. He paid attention to all the little details and made sure everything worked together perfectly. Throughout the whole process, Nathan was always available to answer questions and was incredibly patient whenever we wanted to make changes or discuss different options. He kept us updated, made sure we were happy at every stage and genuinely went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. What really impressed us was how much he cared about getting the result right for us. It never felt like we were just another customer, Nathan took real pride in his work and made the whole process enjoyable. We’re so grateful for all of Nathan’s help. He is a fantastic designer and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We would 100% recommend Nathan to anyone looking for someone who is talented, professional and genuinely cares about their customers.

  Excellent service from Ed at the Tamworth showroom. He’s been really helpful and gone above and beyond. All staff smiley and friendly. Would highly recommend .

  I really enjoyed my visit to Wren Tamworth. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and smiling. There were no pushy sales and you were allowed to browse around the store. The layout and cleanliness of the showroom was excellent, and our designer Ellie was very professional and helpful throughout the process, explaining the different products and costs. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I can highly recommend the store and I want to pass on my thanks to Ellie. I can tell that there is a real team ethos there. Well done to the manager and the whole team.
