  Absolutely appalling experience, the showroom was under staffed and the ‘salesman’ who admitted to being a new starter wasn’t being supervised but even more frustrating was that he didn’t listen to me, I had to keep repeating myself, regardless of training this is pretty basic stuff. I ended up leaving the showroom without an accurate quote, for some very bizarre reason he wasn’t able to do this. He then phone me the next day to explain that because I only wanted two units I couldn’t order from them but he would see what he could do. Really very confusing. He then called me back the following day to say that he has sent me a quote but it’s only a rough one because he didn’t have the exact measurements. I gave him the exact measurements when I was in the showroom. At this point I’d really had enough.

  I called into the Tamworth store to have a look at the bedroom furniture. The guy on reception loosely pointed toward the back of the room to say some were on display. I had a look sortnof found what I was looking for then went back to ask what next. He booked me in for last Tuesday evening for a measure up appointment and then design appointment on the Wednesday. It got to 6.30pm o the Tuesday evening and still no one so I tried to call the store. Just short of 13 mins I was on hold for and NO ONE answered the phone. I was calling to say I wouldnt be attending the Wednesday appointment as no one had bothered to turn up. 1 week later and still no phone or anything. My 4k may only be a small.chunk of money but its also reputation as well. I definitely wont be coming to Wren when I do my kitchen.

  We totally recommend Wren to anyone wanting a new kitchen! Our experience was brilliant from start to finish! We cannot thank our kitchen designer Nathan (Wren Tamworth) & kitchen fitter Kane enough! Everything exceeded our expectations & we are beyond thrilled with our beautiful new kitchen! Thank you ☺️

  We purchased our new kitchen through Wren in Tamworth with a lovely lady called Timea. She designed our kitchen (totally new layout) to a very high standard and we purchased at an excellent price. I would highly recommend anyone visiting wren to go and see Timea at the Tamworth branch as she is certainly an excellent kitchen designer with a very special skill and talent in that industry. Thank you so so much we love our new kitchen.

  Very disappointed, I booked a home design visit and received reminder text the day before. I waited an hour after planned appointment time but no-one showed. I rang Wren (Tamworth) who could only apologise because it appeared they had overlooked my appointment completely. Not a great look Wren.
