  I really enjoyed my visit to Wren Tamworth. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and smiling. There were no pushy sales and you were allowed to browse around the store. The layout and cleanliness of the showroom was excellent, and our designer Ellie was very professional and helpful throughout the process, explaining the different products and costs. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I can highly recommend the store and I want to pass on my thanks to Ellie. I can tell that there is a real team ethos there. Well done to the manager and the whole team.

  We have recently had our new kitchen fitted and we are over the moon with the finish. Shelley was fantastic throughout the process and answered our numerous daft questions brilliantly! Thank you!

  From start to finish dealing with Wren has been a painful experience. We enquired about having a walk in wardrobe room with fitted wardrobes, dressing table etc… I will keep the details short and sweet and discuss them with Wren however the lis of the issues are - Poor Communication after ordering - Missing items from the order when delivered - Delayed fitting dates because of missing items that actually in turn weren't missing - Items delivered damaged - Items not fitted as per design - Rescheduled fitting date for above however, fitter couldn’t fit it as per design because it was not practical - Glass top for dressing table that is too big and hangs over the edge - Emails to Wren customer service team go unanswered If you are dealing with Wren for a fitted wardrobe then all I can say is Good Luck you will need it. Still waiting for responses and how they plan on fixing the issues. Honestly one of the worse experiences i have ever had.

  Well where do I start My meant to be heavenly experience in having a new kitchen turned in to a nightmare After finally getting something that resembled a kitchen after 6 weeks of mayhem was not a joyful experience I would not recommend this company to anyone If you are going to jump in with wren then make doubly sure everything is checked thoroughly before committing to a signature Also remember you are not buying bespoke ……..as I was cheerfully reminded by my first fitter !!!! Unbelievable
