  Disgusting predatory behaviour. Avoid. We bought what we hoped would be our dream kitchen and it turned into a nightmare. It all comes down to the "additional services", which was explained to us in store to be things such as tiles and flooring. This is not the case. When our kitchen fitter left, saying the job was completed, we were left with an oven on the floor in a different room, a sink/tap that wasn't plumbed in, a hob and extractor that wasn't wired and no usable sockets. Calling up to question this I was met with absolute contempt on the phone, and told that I might have well as rang Tesco because the store were unable to help. After 3 weeks, and upwards of 10 phone calls I was told that the installation of the oven, hob, extractor, sink and tap were additional services that we had not taken out. This is true, we hadn't taken them out, because not only was it never mentioned to us, but any reasonable person would assume that a kitchen fitting service would leave you with a working kitchen. I was advised by wren to find my own, third party, kitchen fitter to come and finish the job. In addition to this, the upstands that were installed were so tall that they touched the bottom of the sockets. This meant you couldn't plug anything into any socket. As part of the same 3 week ordeal, I was told that sometimes mistakes like this can happen, and that it was my responsibility to ensure the kitchen design team had got it correct. Yes, it was my job, as the customer, to ensure that the supposed professional kitchen designers had done their job correctly. Not a penny in refund was offered for the installation service, if you can even call it that. We were left no choice in the end but to find additional, more competent, businesses to install the appliances, plumbing and relocate all the sockets. We should have gone elsewhere.

  We met with Laura yesterday to help us design our kitchen/utility, we were very impressed with the service, Laura was very knowledgable and helped advise on areas we were not sure on, she is a credit to the team and would highly recommend her.

  Very disappointed in Wren Stafford. We are week 8 into our installation and it is a mystery to when we will have this finished!! Not the service you expect for a high end kitchen. The kitchen fitters didn't turn up on many occasions and communication was dreadful. No accountability from store or the installation team. We have so much evidence to support our case. I will give a full review when we get the chance. On a positve note our kitchen designer was fab, and so was the quartz team. Im sure we will get an automotive response to this!!! But it would be better if you contact customers directly!! I wish I had looked at the reviews on Wren as this seems to be a very common trend!!!

  Fantastic customer service! We really enjoyed the experience of planning and choosing our kitchen at the stafford branch with Abbi. The kitchen was delivered when agreed and the delivery team were great. We are due to have our kitchen fitted in the next couple of weeks and can't wait to see it come to life. Very competitive price! Would highly recommend.

  We chose our wardrobes at Wren Stafford and were met by friendly helpful staff that helped us with our choices, Rebecca was especially good and knowledgeable. With the order placed we were notified of a delivery date, all the wardrobes arrived intact on the day, fitter turned up two days later and completed the work, much to our satisfaction. Lovely quality wardrobes. Special thanks to Rebecca for the sales advice and Sam for a lovely finished fitting service. All in all 5 stars.
