- MEMatteo EmersonJul 15, 20261.0Being turned away before closing (7pm) because I had cash, and they had "cashed up" is not what I wanted to hear needing to complete the job that evening. And living so far away, had I gone to another store it would be closed anyway. If the opening hours are until 7 pm then the customer should be able to choose their desired method of payment! It's disgusting that a slole trader should be treated this way in an already difficult economy, we don't need to have a pantomime with a supposedly reliable trade retailer. Not happy at all, get your act together.
