- GCGeorgina ClarkJan 12, 20261.0If you are thinking of going to Wren for a kitchen, don't waste your time, or your money. Please read below before you sign anything. The experience was terrible and it dragged on for six months. They left me without a sink, washing machine, freezer, cooking facilities for seven weeks with no apology or concern. Customer Service is non-existent and you go round in circles trying to get someone to help or take responsibility. From the minute you sign, that's it, they don't care anymore. Managers promise they will help but never do anything, don't even call you back when agreed. From designing to finish, such a multitude of problems. Wren tradesmen (fitters) are way below, their standards are poor. Throughout we were treated as a nuisance for simply asking for them to come and do the job correctly. Please see a small selection of pictures of how they left my kitchen, I cannot fit all pictures as there are far too many to post. Please think very carefully before you purchase a kitchen from Wren.
