Outstanding service from Samuel at Plumb Centre & Climate Centre. I needed to source a new radiator and Samuel was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He went out of his way to find exactly what I needed and arrange delivery, making the whole process completely hassle-free. His knowledge, communication and willingness to help were excellent. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely takes pride in providing such a high level of customer service. Samuel is a real credit to the team at Plumb Centre & Climate Centre. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be using them again. Thanks for all your help!
