- VDVictoria Davies2 days ago1.0Wow. Genuine buyer for house refurb, 2 kitchens. Saw great worktop in the window display, popped in asked price. Male and female young staff, between both of them couldn’t be bothered to check. Male: roughly £300 3m for laminate. Me: what is the actual price? He repeats answer. I had to ask in multiple different ways the same question to end up finding it’s discontinued. No care, couldn’t be bothered, prefer to chat to each other. What an awful experience. And entitled, he was highly irritated when I asked ‘why would you give me a rough price of item (not actual) if it’s discontinued? Wow. Totally off that store but also brand.

Appalling. So we went to their competitors who were100% professional. Not sure how they can survive with that kind of non service

The contractor they sent was completely unreliable, with terrible communication and no respect for our time. He would show up without proper notice, making it extremely difficult to plan around, and when problems arose, getting them resolved was nearly impossible. Beyond that, we were hit with unexpected extra charges for things that should have been included in the original price. We reached out to management multiple times, providing emails, messages, and proof of the issues, yet we were repeatedly ignored. Instead of addressing our concerns, they brushed us off, showing zero accountability for their mistakes. We’ve tried for months to get answers, but they continue to avoid any responsibility. The lack of professionalism and customer care is shocking. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They fail to manage their contractors properly, and their approach to customer service is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.
