- NMNathan MainJul 12, 20261.0Spoke to the manager Leiyah about a project and asked for a quote for 8 kitchens. Never had a response ! Waited 6 weeks and chased 3 times in that time - actually went back to the store and gave them a 2nd chance….was told Leiyah was ‘ in a meeting’. That was a week ago..still no response / communication at all! Absolutely terrible service ….I have no idea how they are still in business.

An appointment was booked for today at 4:30pm for a surveryor to measure the kitchen, however, they did not turn up. I then called the branch to find out what had happened and was faced with a rude staff member who was extremely unhelpful. I will be going ahead with Wrens.

The initial service was great — the team were attentive, helpful, and made the whole process feel smooth and exciting. Unfortunately, there was issues with the installation and the aftercare has been extremely disappointing. Communication has been very poor, and I’ve found myself constantly chasing for updates or responses. Emails and calls often go unanswered, which has been both frustrating and stressful. This is still ongoing and we are still waiting for some communication. When you’re investing in something as significant as a kitchen, you expect a certain level of ongoing support if issues arise. Sadly, that hasn’t been the case here. What began as a really good experience has turned into a difficult and drawn-out situation due to the lack of follow-up and customer care. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as the initial service shows that the team is capable — but the aftercare really needs improvement.
