- NMNathan MainJul 12, 20261.0Spoke to the manager Leiyah about a project and asked for a quote for 8 kitchens. Never had a response ! Waited 6 weeks and chased 3 times in that time - actually went back to the store and gave them a 2nd chance….was told Leiyah was ‘ in a meeting’. That was a week ago..still no response / communication at all! Absolutely terrible service ….I have no idea how they are still in business.
- JLjanel lewisMay 15, 20261.0Initially went to Wrens Kitchens who I had a very positive experience with, however I decided to book an appointment with Magnet Kitchens to get a comparison quote. An appointment was booked for today at 4:30pm for a surveryor to measure the kitchen, however, they did not turn up. I then called the branch to find out what had happened and was faced with a rude staff member who was extremely unhelpful. I will be going ahead with Wrens.

- JGJanice GraySep 10, 20195.0Nothing but great service from Tim and the team at Magnet Caterham! We are over the moon with our kitchen that was expertly fitted by a kitchen fitter recommended by Magnet. Tim was efficient in making changes throughout the process. He offered advice but allowed us to make our own choices, avoiding the hard sell. We stayed within budget by opting for the Luna range which was on special offer at the time and buying discounted appliances directly from Magnet, all of which we're really pleased with. A few finishing touches , replacing the cool lighting for warm, a big new table in the middle, and it will be perfect! Thanks Magnet! We LOVE it :-)
