- AWAnn WilkinsonMay 25, 20261.0After ordering our kitchen paying in full the same day im sure Wren was happy. Then we received our installation date May 25 Bank Holiday Monday. We called to say are you sure its a public holiday we were assured they had the fitters who would be working that day. Well they weren't they didn't turn up and when we called Wren in Southend we were assured that it was 26th they would come!!! Really I'd like Wren to explain why we received an email today saying they were pleased that the fitters were there doing our kitchen email dated May 25 2026 today. Kitchen was ripped out Saturday so no kitchen to cook in all over this Bank Holiday weekend. We aren't happy at all. Never would we recommend them to anybody after this shambles.

From design to delivery Wren had been outstanding to the extent that we don’t even bother to try elsewhere . The fact that they offer interest free payment option is as well icing on cake .
