- PBpatrick barrettFeb 18, 20261.0Be extremely careful if using the new Wren showroom at Unit 3, Houndstone Retail Park Yeovil. (BA22 8YQ). The car park is operated by UK Parking Control Ltd who are awful. The showroom is supposed to deal with your parking but despite being asked, failed to do so, and instead, 2 months later, I received a demand for 170 pounds for parking there. Wren have been very slow to sort this out and UKPC are impossible to deal with. We are extremely unhappy and will not return to this outlet.

Is a Wren kitchen design service free?
Yes, we offer a free, no obligation design package worth up to �200. One of our surveyors will visit your home and take detailed measurements of your space which will be uploaded to our system. You will then meet your very own designer who will produce a 3D plan of your room based on your ideas. Speak to an advisor for more information.
How long does it take to get a Wren kitchen?
Once you have discovered your dream Wren Kitchen and placed your order, we will aim to deliver your kitchen within four weeks.
Who can I contact if I have an issue with my order?
In the unlikely event, there are damaged or missing items within your order, we currently have a lead time of up to 10 days for replacement items. Please report any of these issues through your Wren account which can be found on �My Account� page on the website or the Wren app. Please visit our website for further details.
What should I do if my appliance is faulty?
The warranty for your appliance is held directly with the manufacturer. If there is a fault with your appliance, please contact the manufacturer directly.
