I recently visited Wren Kitchens and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The showroom is well laid out with plenty of modern and practical kitchen displays, which made it easy to get ideas and visualise what would work in my new kitchen.
The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy — they took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered helpful suggestions without trying to oversell. The design process felt smooth and well thought out, with attention to both style and functionality.
What stood out most was the level of detail and care in the planning stage. Everything was clearly explained, including pricing and options, which made the whole experience feel transparent and stress-free.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend Wren Kitchens to anyone considering a new kitchen. A great balance of quality, service, and value — and a team that actually listens (rare these days!).

I had an appointment with Vinny at Wren Kitchens and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the moment we sat down, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what I wanted.
He came up with a fantastic design that I wouldn’t have thought of myself, making the most of the space while keeping everything stylish and practical. What I really appreciated was that he wasn’t pushy at all just genuinely helpful and full of great ideas.

Yes, at Wren Kitchens we offer a Wren expert installation service to ensure the fitting of your kitchen goes as smoothly as possible.
How quickly will you be able to deliver my new kitchen?
Once you have discovered your dream Wren Kitchen and placed your order, we will aim to deliver your kitchen within four weeks. If you have opted for Wren Installation this lead time will be subject to your installer availability. A number of our kitchen ranges also have an expedited 7-day delivery service available, to find out more, please discuss directly with your designer.After you have confirmed when you would like to receive your new kitchen, our dedicated delivery support team will contact you seven days before your delivery to confirm the day we are in your area and provide a delivery time slot.
Do you offer a free design service?
Yes, we offer a completely free service to design your kitchen. You will have a personal meeting with one of our designers, who will produce a computer-generated 3D plan of your room based on your ideas, showing how all the elements fit together and work in your unique space. It couldn't be easier.
Do you offer a home measurement service?
Yes, one of our specialist surveyors will visit your home to measure your room and identify utilities and services. It is a non-invasive survey meaning they will not move any floor coverings or fixtures during their visit.The home measure will typically take between 30-60 minutes. Your measurements will then be sent back to your Wren Designer, and we will be in touch to arrange a Design Appointment in one of our showrooms at a time that suits you.
Where are your units manufactured?
All our units are manufactured in two of our state-of-the-art factories here in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
Who can I speak to once my order has been placed?
If you have purchased Wren installation with your new kitchen, you will be assigned an Installation co-ordinator from our head office. They will keep you up to date with the progress of your order and will be your main point of contact for any questions you may have. If you haven't purchased Wren installation, you can contact your designer at your local showroom, and they will be more than happy to help.
Do you offer a guarantee on your kitchens?

Do Wren Kitchens provide samples?
Here at Wren, you will see that we have an extensive range of colours, finishes and styles to suit everyone. If you would like to purchase a sample this can be done through your local showroom. Use our Wren Kitchens showroom finder to find a showroom near you.
How are your kitchens so competitively priced?
Designed, built, and delivered by us. Every step of our manufacturing process happens in the UK. This means we do not use middle-men, so we pass the savings on to you.
What is and isn't included in Wren installation?
The installation service offered by Wren includes the installation of the units, d�cor accessories, handles, tekwall, flooring and appliances (not including connections) supplied by Wren. Anything outside of this is classed as supplementary works and is not included in the installation costs, for example this would be the gas connection of the hob. Wren do not co-ordinate or manage any of the supplementary works and this would be between you and your chosen installer to undertake the works.
What is a dry-fit installation?
This is installation of the units, d�cor accessories and appliances supplied by Wren. For a full list of what is included, please refer to the �Guide to Wren approved installation works� in your charter pack.
What are supplementary works?
Supplementary works are additional works agreed between you and your installer, this would include gas hob connection, water connection and any electrical work that may be required within your kitchen.
Do Wren carry out supplementary works?
Wren installation does not include any supplementary works, however, your Wren approved installer may be able to carry this out for you privately. This would need to be discussed with your installer directly. Please note TekBrick is supplementary work and would not be carried out by your Wren installer.
When will my template appointment take place?
We aim to book your Quartz or Granite worktop template on day 4 or 5 of your Wren installation. Your installation co-ordinator will liaise directly with your installer to ensure this is booked in accordance with the progress of your kitchen installation.
Can I track my delivery?
You can find live tracking available for your Wren delivery on our app.
Who can accept my delivery?
Anyone over the age of 18 will be able to accept the delivery on your behalf.
Can I request a time slot for delivery?
All our deliveries are routed in the most efficient and economical way; therefore, we are unable to always confirm your preferred time slot. Our delivery team will endeavour to provide a delivery time frame 2-3 days prior, and our team will also contact you on the day with an estimated time of arrival.
What is a specialist worktop template?
If you have purchased Quartz, Granite or Corian worktops a template appointment will be required. This is the process of measuring up for your specialist worktops using a laser. The template forms a plan for us to be able to produce the worktops that are completely bespoke to your kitchen.
How long does the template and installation appointment take?
Typically, a template appointment takes between 1�3 hours. This is dependent on the size and design of the kitchen. The installation will take between 2�3 hours, also dependant on the size and complexity of the kitchen design.
Can I make changes after my template appointment?
Once the template has been completed changes cannot be made. It is vital you are on site for your template so you can confirm any changes, this allows our team to begin production of your worktops as quickly as possible.
Can we have a timeslot for the template or installation appointment?
A time slot will be provided the day before the visit. We are unable to provide a time slot any sooner than this.
What is the lead time between my template appointment and the installation of my worktops?
The production of Xena Quartz and Granite worktops can take from 7 to 10 working days dependant on the complexity of the order. After the template has been completed your installation date will be emailed over to you within 48 hours. However as having a new kitchen is a big job, we provide temporary sink and worktop, so our customers don't have to go without whilst the new tops are getting produced. The lead time for our Corian worktop is 10-14 working days.
What worktops do Wren Kitchens provide?
Our worktops come in a range of different materials, from laminate to luxury materials such as granite and quartz. Our Quartz worktops are perfect for every home and are available in 19 dramatic colours and effects. Our advanced engineering process combines the natural beauty of stone with all the benefits of modern technology. Alternatively, our real wood Timber worktops are a great option for adding a unique charm to your kitchen.
When do I need to pay?
