- LWLawrence WakefordJul 15, 20241.0Highly advise against ordering from this company. The customer service and fulfilment centre was extremely poor. We were told the flooring we ordered would be delivered in 7-10 days. We received no updates or information on this delay. This caused Massive set backs in the renovations on our house. Finally after speaking to customer service, they said they would give us a call the next day to arrange delivery for a day we are off work. The next day we receive an email stating the arranged date is booked. This was booked on a day we were both at work. With the lack of trust they would be able to rearrange the date, I booked the day off to ensure we could receive it. TLTR: Told 7-10 days, took over 2 months. Very bad communication, and staff do not care for their customers once they have received payment.
