- SSSFA SAMay 27, 20261.0Avoid kitchen installation package referred with fitter. Kitchen quality is excellent but try find own fitter. My kitchen has been incomplete for 6 months now. Fitter does not respond to messages after payment made. 90% kitchen eventually done at a push. But a horrendous experience. Was advised to speak to Head Office who have now stated I am on my own on the matter despite their referral. I have read similar cases and all sound the same pattern. Disappointing response from Head Office, absolving of any responsibility. May need to go down small courts tribunal process and other proceedings. Complete waste of our time for work which should have been completed in 2-4 weeks max. Now 6 months and still incomplete and the headache of correspondence. Did not want this.
