  Avoid kitchen installation package referred with fitter. Kitchen quality is excellent but try find own fitter. My kitchen has been incomplete for 6 months now. Fitter does not respond to messages after payment made. 90% kitchen eventually done at a push. But a horrendous experience. Was advised to speak to Head Office who have now stated I am on my own on the matter despite their referral. I have read similar cases and all sound the same pattern. Disappointing response from Head Office, absolving of any responsibility. May need to go down small courts tribunal process and other proceedings. Complete waste of our time for work which should have been completed in 2-4 weeks max. Now 6 months and still incomplete and the headache of correspondence. Did not want this.

  Dealt with Adam in wrens I must say from start to finish with new fitted wardrobes from design to delivery and fitting really first class there fitter was excellent also priced up at howdens on a friends trade account wren a lot cheaper and better quality ,(HIGHLY RECOMMEND ) Fitter Peter Murphy excellent

  First class service from walking into showroom and speaking with my designer Lauren, to the delivery of my kitchen and the fitting of it by Steve and Gordon, service, cost, quality was exceptional, can't fault any aspect of my purchase experience with Wren.

  Visited Wren Trimdon street showroom on 7th Jan. We are just setting out to change our kitchen so decided to check out what was available near us. Was greeted at the door by Andy and we said that we just needed to look around by ourselves. Got to the bottom of the store and he showed up and we reiterated that we just wanted to check out the designs so he left us. Enter the most pushy nuisance of a woman salesperson offering coffee water Etc . Once again we said we just wanted to look around. She then proceeded to pester us even though we again stated that we just wanted to look around on our own. She failed to register this to the point where i had 2 choices. Either be rude to her because she would not leave us alone or to immediately leave the store. I chose the latter and was fuming at her sales tactics. I walked out and my wife said to her that I hated pushy sales such as this and that she was also leaving. She offered no apology and instead asked my wife to take oneof the sales packs.... as if we were ever going to enter a Wrens kitchen store again. This is the worst sales experience I have had and management need to address this womans sales technique as it is damaging any reputation Wrens have.
