  The service was exceptional and Mustafa did everything in his power to ensure our kitchen was delivered in a timely manner. The team was ready to push forward with the delivery as soon as we were ready and I’m so grateful for the countless hours spent with me working on our design. The quality of the materials is great and I was offered pragmatic advice throughout. Couldn’t recommend Mustafa and Wren enough!

  We worked with Mustafa who was fab. He helped us to design and edit our kitchen throughout. He was very patient when we kept changing our minds! Mustafa linked us up with a great installer who are very suited to our needs. The whole process has been a lot simpler and easier than I thought. Highly recommended.

  Second kitchen with Sahir. Sahir is incredibly patient throughout the entire process, never made us feel rushed, and took the time to answer all of our questions. His knowledge of the kitchens and appliances was outstanding, and he helped us make informed decisions with confidence. Sahir's professionalism, friendly approach, and attention to detail made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent customer service and expert advice. Thank you, Sahir!

  AVOID WREN KITCHENS — BROKEN PROMISES AND OUTRIGHT LIES ⭐ (1 star, and only because zero isn't an option) Where do I start? Missing items. Damaged items. Failed deliveries again and again, with delivery dates changed whenever it suited them and no thought for the chaos it caused me. (Order 50595569, for the record.) But the incompetence isn't even the worst part — it's the dishonesty. I was told by email that their driver had attended my property. Their OWN tracking system showed the truck was nowhere near. I called to complain and was told the driver had "run out of time" — and then watched that same live tracker show him casually complete TWO more deliveries afterwards. So either your tracking is broken or your staff aren't telling the truth. Either way, that's not a company I'd trust with my money again. Save yourself the stress. Go somewhere that respects paying customers. 🚫
