  We cannot recommend Amrit enough. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with throughout our kitchen design journey. What could have been a stressful process became genuinely enjoyable thanks to her friendly personality and great sense of humour, we actually looked forward to every design meeting and she made us feel as though she genuinely did to! Amrit listened carefully to our ideas, helped us find practical solutions for housing our boiler, and continually adapted the design as our extension plans evolved. Her expertise, creativity, and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always found solutions to any challenges we faced. We are so so happy with the final design and grateful for all of her hard work and support. Thank you, Amrit, for making the whole experience so exciting and enjoyable.

  Had a design consultation with Kevin. Extremely friendly and professional. On the evening we entered the shop, Kevin was on one of the front desks, asked us a couple of "light" questions, said to let him know if we needed anything.. and we went on our way through the shop having a look around.. there was no "pouncing" (he didn't even leave his seat), no pressure, no hard sell, just a pleasant intro and some guidance on where we would find things within the shop layout. After we had finished browsing, we went back to speak to Kevin who then arranged a visit for someone to measure up the kitchen and to book in a design session with himself. The measure-up session went fine and the design session we had with Kevin was an excellent experience. We had a laugh, we exchanged some (out of work) stories.. we sat and designed the kitchen over a 2.5 hour period. Although Kevin said that he hadn't been at the store long when we asked, you would never have known this. He knew the company inside-out, knew the products, guided us on what we were looking for within the budget target, which we really appreciated as he could have easily tried to sell us something way above budget and would have ultimately lost a sale.. but he didn't.. he showed us options and made recommendations and also gave us personal views on what would/wouldn't work, which I personally really appreciated. Kevin has contacted us since with information about fitting and installers etc. Not only have we so far, had a great experience with Wren Kitchens as a company, Kevin has been outstanding as a team member there (please arrange a nice xmas bonus for him! 🎅🏻). I would sincerely recommend both to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

  I had a kitchen design appointment with Mustafa at Slough Wren, he was polite and genuinely listened to what we wanted, he was attentive and went through our options and budget with such ease and broke down all the parts of what we weren’t sure about. He wasn’t pushy and stayed within our budget and helped us design a kitchen that suited our needs. Extremely pleased and satisfied with the service received with Mustafa.   Extremely poor experience with Wren Kitchens. We spent over £10,000 on bedroom furniture and were never told we’d need to fully empty the rooms or expect messy, dusty work from cutting materials inside. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. We are now stuck with stock filling our home, a two-month delay for installation, and children living in the middle of it all. Ryan and Aisha were unhelpful throughout, and when we reached out, we were just fobbed off to customer service. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
