  Absolutely shambles! Unprofessional outfit, designers make huge mistakes, surveyors too. And they expect you to figure it out yourself. Then because you don’t pay their ridiculous fitting fees and have it done part of a full renovation like I did your literally on your own because they didn’t fit it. Mustafa, Chris the manager all disappear once they’ve got your money and earns their Commission. I’ve tried to resolve this for past few months but keep getting fobbed off! Now I’ve had enough andhaving no option to leave this review and will be taking this legal! After a full renovation if you expect some down time and peace in your life don’t come here. You’ll be left chasing them up and trying to fix issues which cause further stress! I cannot put into words how much of a waste of £10,000 this was.

  Absolutely exceptional service from start to end. Anwar in Slough was outstanding, I was working to a tight budget and she kept that in mind throughout the whole design process. Her attention to detail, stunning customer service and friendly approach was first class. I cant recommend Anwar enough, she made the whole experience enjoyable from start to end. 5****

  AVOID Wren Kitchens Slough – Seriously Overpriced for the Quality I strongly regret buying from Wren Kitchens Slough. In my experience, the materials feel cheap and nowhere near the standard I would expect for the prices they charge. After comparing similar products elsewhere, I found some of Wren’s pricing to be around three times higher. I simply cannot see how the quality justifies that premium. The sales approach was another major disappointment. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive before the sale, but I felt much of that enthusiasm disappeared once the money had been spent. When problems arose, I felt fobbed off and pushed towards customer service rather than genuinely supported by the showroom. I was also extremely disappointed with how the showroom management handled my concerns. I found the approach dismissive and lacking in understanding. A kitchen is a major investment that should last for years. My advice is to look beyond the sales pitch, inspect the materials carefully and compare like-for-like prices elsewhere before committing. Based on my experience, I would avoid Wren Kitchens Slough and spend my money elsewhere.

  The service was exceptional and Mustafa did everything in his power to ensure our kitchen was delivered in a timely manner. The team was ready to push forward with the delivery as soon as we were ready and I’m so grateful for the countless hours spent with me working on our design. The quality of the materials is great and I was offered pragmatic advice throughout. Couldn’t recommend Mustafa and Wren enough!

  We worked with Mustafa who was fab. He helped us to design and edit our kitchen throughout. He was very patient when we kept changing our minds! Mustafa linked us up with a great installer who are very suited to our needs. The whole process has been a lot simpler and easier than I thought. Highly recommended.
